Reservation Deadline and Information

THE RESERVATION DEADLINE IS: May 8th, 2008

Click on this link to make your reservations.

1. Type in 93036s for the Group number and 3803 for the password.
2. Our Family Reunion information will appear. Click "continue."
3. Continue to make a room reservation by filling out your arrival and departure dates and putting in the number of people staying in your room. Then click "Search for Available Room Types." Select the room type you would like. The price will appear at the bottom of the next page.

To finish the reservation, click on "Continue to reserve this room." You will then fill out information needed for a confirmation and asked for a deposit of 35% of your total stay.

When the reservation is complete, it will give you a confirmation number. You will also receive an email confirmation.


Driving Directions










Driving Directions to Snow Mountain Ranch from Denver International Airport:

  • Take 1-70 West to Exit #232 (US 40 to Granby)
  • Travel over Berthoud Pass and through the town of Winter Park.
  • Snow Mountain Ranch's entrance is 12 miles past Winter Park on the left (west) side of the US 40.
  • Follow the road approximately 1 mile and check in at the Administration Building on your left.

A shuttle is also available from the airport, but we recommend you rent a car to get to and from the retreat.
The name of the shuttle company is Home James. Contact them at 800-359-7503

  • high challenge course (3hrs/$300 per session/$15 per person)

Accomodations

We have rooms in two side-by-side 3 story lodges.

Aspenbrook Lodge: 12 rooms each sleeping up to 6 people with 2 queen beds plus 1 set of bunk-beds. 5 rooms are handicap accessible with 1 queen bed and 1 set of bunk-beds. 17 rooms total.
Silver Sage Lodge: 25 rooms each sleeping up to 6 people with 1 queen bed plus 2 sets of bunk-beds. 2 rooms are handicap accessible with 1 queen bed and 1 set of bunk-beds. 27 rooms total.


Cost of rooms is per person and includes 3 cafeteria style meals daily. There will be an additional surcharge for our special family meals Friday and Saturday evening-this cost will be determined by our final attendance numbers.

Each room has:
private full bath
desk, nightstand
bed and bath linens are provided

These buildings are located about 1/2 mile from the Main Building, with the Schlessman Commons Dining (the Larson hospitality room!) directly below.
